Tupperware is Eco Friendly
By joe | November 17, 2008
With the emphasis on a green society, Tupperware helps accomplish that. By using Tupperware for lunches instead of eating out, it keeps money in your pocket and helps reduce the overall carbon footprint. By estimate of an article found at UK Telegraph, about a reduction of 18 million tons of carbon emissions is possible if people simply pack a lunch.
In the previous post, Carla has laid out the cost savings of packing your own lunch and one of the lunch bags is pictured above. You can click on the lunch bag above to be whisked away to Tupperware’s site for more information and to order!

It’s In The Bag
By carla | November 4, 2008
Recent research shows that more people are eating out less in order to SAVE money. By making and taking lunch to work, EVERYONE can save huge amounts of money!
Lets say you spent $7 a day or $35 a week for lunch ( like my husband does) then add on a couple of dollars a day for coffee and snacks. That averages out to almost $50 a week, $200 a month, and here is the BIG ONE over $2600 a YEAR! I have not even mentioned the gas it takes to get from work to lunch and back again and lets not forget if you work downtown, all of the traffic meters you need to fill up!
Tupperware has released a HUGE sale on lunch type products for all types of individuals to help save money and from now until November 28th they are all on sale for a savings of 30% off Click here to view the full sales page! in-the-bag.pdf
Please check out this GREAT sale and contact me if you would like to place a order, date a party or hear more about the money making opportunity with Tupperware!

Tupperware and Coffee
By joe | October 20, 2008
Tupperware and a high end coffee vendor combine for a breast cancer awareness fund raiser. It is nice to see the giving spirit alive around the world in those who do direct sales. Sure, they get a small part of the sales, but I still like to think it is the great causes like the breast cancer awareness fund that make out! The article can be read in it’s entirety here.

Tupperware Off Broadway!
By joe | September 13, 2008
Tupperware is really one of those companies and products that are timeless. A play titled ‘Dixie’s Tupperware Party’ is apparently set to launch in Tuscan Arizona. The story is a bit hard to follow, but hey, it sounded interesting. The article from the Arizona Daily Star can be read here.

Is Tupperware Safe?
By joe | August 20, 2008
There has been a lot of media focus on plastic’s leaching bad chemicals back into our food and drink. So the question has obviously been asked if Tupperware is safe to use to use. I am no chemist, but a nice little article over on leadernewspapers.net has some nice details. The article can be viewed right here.
Not only does the article state that the vast majority of Tupperware is “safe”, Tupperware is unique in that they don’t use recycled plastics. It is all new plastics. Who want’s their food stored in something that used to be a Sharp’s bio-hazard container?

Tupperware Helps China Quake Victims
By joe | August 8, 2008
Tupperware is a global company with arms around the world. Tupperware China was among the first corporations to reach out to victims of the China quake and donated food, water, tents, umbrellas, Tupperware care kids and lunch boxes. It is a pretty nice thing to be associated with a company that is willing to help others in times of sever corporate greed and a complete lack of moral concious.
